This page explains how to delete your account or your data in the Peptide GLP Supplement Synergy app ("Synergy"), what is removed, and what is kept. It is provided for the Google Play and App Store listings and repeats the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Delete your account (in the app)

1. Open Synergy and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. It permanently removes your community account, the content you authored (reviews, discussion posts, feedback-board items, votes, follows, and blocks), any cloud backup, and the anonymous account identifier created when you first opened the App. Replies other users posted in your threads remain but are no longer attributed to you or to your handle.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

• A review, post, or thread you wrote: open it and choose Delete from its menu.
• Your cloud backup: Settings → Cloud backup → Delete cloud backup. Backup is off by default; turning it off stops new copies, and Delete removes the stored copy.
• Your tracking data on this device (cabinet, dose history, labs, side-effect logs): Settings → Erase all data, or delete the App — this data lives on your device and is not on our servers unless cloud backup is on.

What is kept after account deletion, and for how long

Three narrow records are retained, as described in the Privacy Policy: (a) your former handle, kept solely so no one else can ever post under it; (b) moderation records of content that was screened, kept without your handle for up to 12 months (longer only for an open appeal, dispute, or legal hold); and (c) records we are legally required to keep. If you changed your handle, the old one is held for 90 days so no one else can take it, then released. Purchase records are held by Apple or Google under their own policies; we receive no payment-card details.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the App, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within the time your law requires.
