Is there a free peptide tracker app?
Yes. Synergy is free to download and its free tier includes the cabinet (three user-added items), unlimited interaction checks across everything in it, label scanning, the side-effect log, and data export. Synergy Pro ($9.99 a month or $79.99 a year) adds unlimited cabinet items, cycles and per-day dosing, the AI coach, cloud backup and sync, and trends over time. The free tier does not shrink after you install.
Can I track GLP-1s and peptides in the same app?
Yes, and supplements too. Synergy keeps injectables and supplements in one cabinet — weekly GLP-1 shots and daily pills, research peptides like BPC-157 or TB-500, and the supplements you take alongside them — and checks every item against every other.
Which compounds can I track?
Peptides, GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, dulaglutide, retatrutide, by generic or brand name), and supplements including vitamins, minerals, and common herbs. You can also add anything by scanning its label. The catalog grows with each update; the app never shows the whole library as a list, because the point is what applies to your stack.
Can I track more than one peptide at a time?
Yes. There is no limit on Synergy Pro; the free tier holds three user-added items plus anything added during onboarding. Every item in the cabinet takes part in the interaction check.
What does an interaction flag mean?
It means two items in your cabinet have a documented interaction in Synergy's library. Each flag shows the pair and a plain-language, educational summary — synergies to lean into, cautions to watch. It is information to bring to a clinician, not a recommendation, and it never suggests a dose.
Does Synergy give dosing advice?
No. Synergy performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter — vial size, water added, planned draw — and shows the concentration and syringe units that follow from them. It does not recommend, prefill, or determine a dose.
Does a tracker replace medical advice?
No. Synergy is an informational and tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always verify dosing and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Is my data private?
Your tracking data lives on your device. Cloud backup is optional, encrypted, and yours to turn on. Scans and AI questions are sent securely to be answered — we don't store your photos. Community sign-in stores only your email and a handle you choose. No ads, no data sold.
Can I share my tracking history with my doctor?
Yes. Export is available on every plan and is never gated, and the side-effect analyzer produces a record written to be read by a clinician.
Which supplements can be logged?
Vitamins, minerals, herbs, and multi-ingredient products. Scan the label and the ingredients are read from the panel; the label scanner is free on every plan.
Does Synergy work on Android?
No. Synergy is an iPhone app (iOS 16 or later).
