This plain-language policy covers the Peptide+Supplement Synergy app. It is provided for transparency and to meet App Store requirements. It is not legal advice.

Your data stays on your device

Your tracked stack, doses, weights, and labs are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, sell, or share your personal health data. If you connect Apple Health, that data is read on-device to display trends and is never used for advertising.

Community account (optional)

Reviews and discussion require a free account. For that we store only your email (for sign-in) and a handle of your choosing (you may post pseudonymously). You can sign out or permanently delete your account and all its content at any time from Settings → Community account → Delete account.

AI features

When you use the AI Coach or meal scanning, your question (or photo) plus a short summary of your stack are sent to our processor (OpenAI) to generate a response. This is used only to answer you — not to train models and not for advertising.

Service providers

Supabase runs the community backend (accounts, reviews, discussion). OpenAI powers the AI Coach and meal scanning. These processors handle data only to provide the service.

Community rules

Community content is user-generated. No sourcing, vendor, or where-to-buy talk; no harassment; no dangerous or illegal content. Posts are automatically screened and may be removed; removals can be appealed in-app. We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Not medical advice

Peptide+Supplement Synergy is for tracking and educational information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not facilitate the sale or sourcing of any substance. Always consult a qualified professional before starting, stopping, or changing any regimen.

Children

The app is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children.

Terms of use, risk & liability

Assumption of risk & legality

You use this app and all of its information at your own risk. Supplements and peptides can carry health risks, and some substances are prescription-only or not approved for human use, with legal status that varies by country and state. You are solely responsible for determining what is legal and appropriate for you, and for consulting a qualified professional before acting. The app does not endorse, recommend, or encourage the use, purchase, or sale of any substance, and does not facilitate sourcing.

No warranty

The app and all content — including interaction, timing, dosing, nutrient, and AI-generated outputs — are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Limitation of liability & indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app, its operator, and their owners and affiliates will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app. You agree to hold the app and its operator harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these terms.

Agreement & governing law

By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You confirm you are at least 18 years old. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
