Privacy Policy — Supplement+Peptide+GLP Synergy
Licensor: PSSYN LLC (Florida, USA) · Effective: August 12, 2026 · Contact: [email protected]
This policy explains what data the Supplement+Peptide+GLP Synergy app ("App") collects, how it is used, and your choices. It is written to match the App's App Store privacy label. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking.
What stays on your device
Your personal tracking data — your cabinet (supplements and peptides), doses, cycles, reminders, side-effect logs, and any notes — is stored locally on your device, unless you turn on optional cloud backup (described below). Your body weight, and the dietary nutrition your food tracker logs to Apple Health, are read from Apple Health on-device only, with your permission, to display trends and nutrient coverage — never uploaded to our servers, and excluded from cloud backup.
What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the community and optional AI features:
- Email address — to create and secure your community account (Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or email). Stored with our authentication/database provider.
- Handle (user ID) — the pseudonymous name you choose for the community.
- Community content — the reviews and discussion posts you choose to publish.
- Shared product catalog (only when you scan a product label) — when you scan a label and add the product, the brand, product name, and any ingredient text read from the label are submitted to our shared product catalog, together with an identifier for your account. We use this to build a community product directory that saves everyone re-typing, and to decide which products to add to the app's interaction and synergy data. We do not send your doses, schedules, logs, or how much of anything you take, and we do not use it to build a profile of what you personally use. Products you add manually are never submitted — they stay on your device.
- AI Coach (only when you use it) — your question plus a short summary of your tracked stack are sent to a third-party AI service provider to generate a response. The stack summary is treated as health-related information and is used only to provide the feature.
- Label scanning (only when you scan a label) — the photo you take and the text read from it are sent to our third-party AI service provider to identify the product and its ingredients, and the result is returned to your device. We do not store scan photos on our servers. Our provider states that data submitted through its developer API is not used to train its models; its handling is otherwise governed by its own terms. Product details you choose to add to the shared catalog are covered above.
- Cloud backup (optional, Pro) — if you turn backup on, an encrypted copy of your tracking data (your cabinet, dose history, lab results, side-effect logs, and deletion records) is stored on our servers, linked to your account, solely so you can restore it and sync it across your devices. Backup is off by default, is treated as health-related information, and is never used for anything except providing backup and sync. Turning backup off stops uploads; you can delete your cloud backup at any time with Delete cloud backup in Sync settings, and it is deleted automatically when you delete your account.
We do not collect location, contacts, browsing history, financial information, or advertising identifiers.
How we use data
We use the data above only to: operate your account, run and moderate the community, provide the AI features and backup you choose to use, respond to support requests, and comply with law. Community content is screened and moderated (see the Terms).
Preventing abuse. We analyse activity you generate through normal use of the community — such as when reviews and posts are created, how ratings are distributed, and how old an account was when it posted — to detect spam, coordinated manipulation of ratings, and other abuse. This uses only information we already hold as described above; it does not involve tracking you across apps or websites, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Community content is public
Reviews and discussion posts are published under your handle and are public. Public pages may be indexed by search engines, and copies may be made by third parties (including web crawlers) that we do not control. We take steps to discourage the use of community pages for AI training by third parties, but we cannot promise what independent parties do. Deleting your account or a post removes it from our systems; it cannot recall copies already made by search engines, crawlers, or models trained on public web data. Post accordingly.
Who we share it with (processors)
We use service providers ("processors") strictly to run the App: a cloud database/authentication provider (to store your email, handle, community content, and any cloud backup) and third-party AI service providers (to process AI inputs as described above). Processors act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data storage, retention, and security
Community data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. When you do: the content you authored is removed; replies other users posted in your threads remain but are no longer attributed to you or to your handle; your cloud backup (if any) is deleted; and we delete associated personal data except where retention is required by law or an open dispute. Three narrow records are retained after deletion: (a) your former handle, kept solely so no one else can ever post under it; (b) moderation records of content that was screened, kept without your handle for up to 12 months (longer only for an open appeal, dispute, or legal hold) to operate and defend our moderation; and (c) records we are legally required to keep. We use standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest for backups, and reasonable safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. The fastest way to exercise deletion is the in-app delete; for other requests email [email protected] and we will respond within the time your law requires. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. If you use the App from outside the United States, your data may be processed in the United States.
Children
The App is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the App and posted here with a new effective date.
