Synergy is an informational and tracking tool for your personal protocols — the supplements, peptides, and other compounds and medications you choose to record — with a cabinet, a reconstitution/unit calculator, interaction and synergy summaries, reminders, cycle and side-effect tracking, optional AI features, and a moderated community. It is not medical advice and does not sell, source, or prescribe any substance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional and verify any figure before acting on it.

How do I manage or cancel Synergy Pro? Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone (or the App Store → your photo → Subscriptions) to change or cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What's included in Synergy Pro? An unlimited cabinet, the AI Coach, cycles and titration, bloodwork trends, and backup and sync across your devices. (Label scanning is free for everyone.) Available monthly or annually. The AI features have generous daily limits — see below.

Are there any limits? AI features cost money every time they run, so they carry daily limits that keep the service sustainable and stop automated abuse:

Limits reset each day. In normal use almost nobody reaches them, and if you do, the app tells you and everything else keeps working.

Everything else in Pro — your cabinet, dose logging, reminders, cycles, bloodwork and backup — has no cap. Where the app says "unlimited," it means there is no fixed cap on that feature, subject to the daily limits above.

How do I delete my account or my data? In the app, go to Settings → delete account. This permanently removes your community account, the content you authored, and any cloud backup. Your personal tracking data lives on your device and is removed when you delete the app. See the Privacy Policy.

Is my data private? Your tracking data, and everything read from Apple Health (weight, dietary nutrition), stay on your device. If you turn on cloud backup (Pro, off by default), an encrypted copy of your tracking data — never your Apple Health data — is stored on our servers so you can restore and sync it. Community sign-in stores only your email and a handle you choose. The AI Coach sends your question plus a short stack summary, and label scanning sends your label photo, to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. We use no advertising or analytics tracking. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

How does the community work / how do I report something? Reviews and discussion are moderated and pseudonymous — substances and personal experiences only, never sourcing or vendors. Every post has a Report action and every user can be blocked; we review reports and remove violations, usually within 24 hours. Community guidelines are in the Terms.
